SoundPackager 1.3

SoundPackager is an application that allows Windows users to easily and safely change the sounds in Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7.  Instead of just changing one sound at a time, SoundPackager applies "packages" of sounds that change over 30 events in Windows.  There are hundreds of sound packs available for download at sites like WinCustomize.com, and users can create their own packages by dropping sound files in the creation window.
The SoundPackager v1.3 update includes:

• Updated compatibility with Windows 7.
• Added additional bundled sound packages to the enhanced version.
• Streamlined importing new downloaded .soundpack’s into the UI
• Updated DirectSkin skinning to DirectSkin 7
